It has never been easier to get your event tickets! The Saenger Theatre offers several convenient ways to purchase tickets to your favorite events.

Our Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. All transactions are now cashless. When purchasing a ticket with a credit card, you must show valid photo identification to complete the transaction. Ticketmaster fees do not apply when purchasing at our Box Offices, but other additional fees may apply.

Wednesday – Friday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 hours prior to showtime on event days.
Saturday: Closed except on event days
Sunday: Closed except on event days

Purchase your tickets anytime at www.ticketmaster.com (Ticketmaster convenience fees will apply), or simply click on the “Buy Tickets” link located next to the event of your choice. This will take you directly to the event on the official Ticketmaster website.

Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent for the Mobile Saenger Theatre. The Saenger Theatre is not responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source. The Theatre will not honor counterfeit, duplicate and other invalid tickets. The venue strongly recommends only purchasing event tickets directly through Ticketmaster or the Saenger only. Avoid scams by only purchasing through Ticketmaster.com and avoid third-party ticketing sites. The Mobile Saenger Theatre will not be responsible for payments or refunds through non-authorized sources.

The Saenger Theatre does not have an elevator. If you are in need of accessible seating, please contact the Box Office.

All sales are final, and there are no exchanges or refunds. Prices, shows, schedules or artists are subject to change. All tickets are subject to additional fees.

Please note that the historically protected Saenger Theatre does not have elevators or escalators. Several ground floor seating locations are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant. ADA seating is not sold online in order to preserve access for our patrons with disabilities.
