The Saenger Theatre is committed to accommodating the needs of individuals with disabilities for all events in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.The Box Office policy is to sell one wheelchair (or otherwise accesible) ticket and one companion ticket together. Patrons with special needs are encouraged to contact the Box Office in advance at 251-208-5600. For guests with special needs, the Saenger Theatre has a limited number of wheelchairs to transport guests to their event. To arrange transport, contact 251-208-5606 prior to an event.
During an event, guests can ask the closest Saenger Theatre team member for assistance.
Accessible parking is located in all nearby parking lots. Spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Saenger Theatre is serviced by the Mobile Regional and Downtown Airports and is accessible by public transportation, car service, and taxi from all airports.
All guests may be required to show ID to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased inside The Saenger Theatre. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.
Service animals for guests with disabilities are welcome at The Saenger Theatre and must remain on leash or in a harness. All other animals are prohibited.
AEDs are managed by the EMT on duty.
The Saenger Theatre ATM is located on the first floor near the rear lobby.
All restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations. Please see Restrooms for a list of the locations.
Please notify your Stage Manager if a banner or sign will be needed for your event. Improper notification and hanging of signs could incur a fee for damage.
Clear bags no larger than 12"x12"x8" bags will be permitted. One (1) per patron in addition to one (1) non-clear purse or clutch measuring 6"x8" or smaller. Guests entering the Saenger Theatre are subject to search at the discretion of Management. Please note that bag policies are subject to change based on event.
Upon request the Saenger Theatre can provide coat check for your event. Check with your Stage Manager for more details. We are not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Concession stands are open for select events. When open, these stands offer a variety of food and beverages for purchase. Credit and debit payments are taken.

The Saenger Theatre does not have an escalator/elevator. For those needing accomodations, please contact the box office to purchase accessible seating.
The Saenger Theatre team members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Evacuation routes may change due to the location of the emergency. In the event of an emergency, please listen for direction via the intercom system and follow the direction of the Saenger Theatre team for your safety and the safety of others.

The Saenger Theatre is equipped with standard First Aid supplies. During public events and at the discretion of event planners, certified First Aid personnel will be available. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available team member for assistance.
All catering and concessions are provided exclusively in-house.

The Saenger Theatre rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted immediately on our website and social media channels.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Theatre Management during appropriate pauses in the program. Saenger Theatre policy is to begin performances at the advertised curtain time.

Please contact our Security Department at 251.208.5605 to inquire about the possible recovery of any lost items. If you have lost an item while at an event, please speak with an Event Services Representative, Security Officer, or Saenger Theatre Manager for further assistance.
If you become separated from your child or companion during an event, please seek the nearest Event Services Representative, Security Officer, or Saenger Theatre team member for assistance.
Oak View Group offers fundraising opportunities to non-profit organizations at the Mobile Convention Center and Saenger Theatre by allowing them to staff concession areas to raise money. For more information, please contact us for eligibility requirements.

The Saenger Theatre is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Any guest in need of assistance during an event should notify an Event Services Representative, Security Officer, or any other Saenger Theatre Manager. If you see something, say something, please report suspicious activity to our security team at 251.208.5606.
There is no smoking permitted anywhere in The Saenger Theatre. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas. This policy is strictly enforced.

If needed, guests may bring strollers to an event at The Saenger Theatre. Strollers cannot be left in the aisles, but a Saenger employee can assist with placing the stroller in a secure location.
